11th MaNEP Winter School

We are glad to inform our members that the next MaNEP Winter School will be held from January 10 to 15, 2027 in Saas-Fee.

The school aims to provide a broad introduction to contemporary topics in condensed matter physics.

This year’s special focus is on research areas at the intersection of optics, quantum materials, and strongly correlated many-body systems. Subjects covered in the school include the optical control of correlated electron states, sensing with local qubits, near-field optical probes, nonlinear spectroscopy, cold atom simulations of many-body states, and the prospects for realizing correlated states of photons.

In keeping with MaNEP’s tradition, we anticipate a warm and interactive atmosphere among participants, lecturers, and organizers. We invite all interested participants to register on the school website (https://saasfee27.manep.ch/).
