2. Guarantee and Cancellation Conditions
   1. Annual Membership Fees: Payment of the membership fee grants membership status for the calendar year. It does not constitute the purchase of a service but a voluntary contribution enabling the association to function and allowing members to benefit from preferential rates at events. The membership fee is non-refundable and non-transferable, even in case of resignation, expulsion, or interruption of the association’s activities.
   2. Association Events: Once payment has been made, registration for the event is guaranteed, according to the conditions described on the website of the selected event. In case of cancellation by the MaNEP Association, the participant will be fully refunded. In case of postponement, paid registrations will automatically be transferred to the next edition by default. In case of participant cancellation, this must be duly justified and accompanied by a medical certificate to be considered. Unjustified cancellations received after the deadlines indicated on the event website will not be refunded.
   3. Sponsors: Upon payment, the MaNEP Association guarantees delivery of the agreed services. Regarding events, in case of cancellation by the MaNEP Association, the sponsor will be fully refunded. In case of postponement, the sponsor’s payment will automatically be transferred to the next edition by default. If the event takes place as planned, no refund will be made.
3. Duration
   1. Annual Membership Fees: The membership fee is valid for the current calendar year, i.e. from January 1 to December 31.
   2. Association Events: The commitment duration corresponds to the event’s duration, as defined by the organizers.
   3. Sponsors: The commitment duration corresponds to the event’s duration, as defined by the organizers, or to that defined in writing with the MaNEP Association.
4. Data Protection
   Data exchanged with the payment website is encrypted using SSL protocol, thus ensuring its security during the transaction. Personal information collected via this website is used solely for payment tracking and service delivery. This information will not be shared with third parties under any circumstances.
5. Pricing and Billing Conditions
    • Prices: Service prices are displayed on the event website or MaNEP’s website and are indicated in Swiss Francs. As MaNEP is a non-profit association, these prices are not subject to VAT.
    • Billing: An invoice will be automatically issued after payment and sent to the email address provided during payment.
6. Liability
   Our liability is limited to the performance of the services specified in the paid order and in accordance with the terms and conditions set out above.
7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
   Swiss law applies. In case of dispute, the competent court is located in the Canton of Geneva.
